PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

- Produce specifications in any one of the major software packages based on manufacture specified

- Coordinate with manufacturer to complete project if necessary
- Generate expedient sign off so you can bill and get paid
CONSULTING SERVICES
- Once plans are received, RSC will communicate with client to determine scope of project
- Attend project meetings with client
- Assist client to value engineer the project and insure cost justification
DESIGN SERVICES
- Programming of staff. Establish equipment and filing needs
- Field dimensioning of space and space planning
- Assist in furniture, fabric and finish selections to fit client’s needs
RECONFIGURATION SERVICES
- Inventory of product
- Space plans produced utilizing existing products
- Develop phasing schedule
- First class services provided to your clients
- Dealing with a company that has your best interest in mind
